Acceptance of Terms By placing an order withsamratwatches, you agree to the terms outlined below.Order Responsibility and Shipping samratwatches takes full responsibility for your order once it has been shipped to any major city using authorized. We make every effort to ensure accurate product color representation, but please note that actual colors may vary depending on your monitor settings.samratwatches reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.
If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User any extra cost spent by samratwatches for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.
The User agrees to give accurate, authentic and true information.samratwatches reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the User at any point of time. If any such User details are found not to be true wholly or partly, samratwatches has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the User from using the services ofsamratwatches without prior intimation whatsoever.
samratwatches will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on the user. The User must exclusively use his/her own card on the site.
Defective product must be notified to our customer care department within 24 hours of product delivery. After it we will not be responsible for defective or damaged products. We shall not entertain any complaints after 2 days, once the order is delivered.
We provide only 2 years seller warranty, during the warranty period product will be repaired under circumstances.
Warranty is void if a product is tampered with or repair attempted at the customer end, prior to receipt of our warehouse.
We are not responsible for replacement of the product if it is mishandled due to negligence at the customer end.
We are not responsible for replacement if the product is mishandled by the customer. We do not offer refunds but will replace or repair defective products found to be faulty.
For warranty service, the product must be delivered to our warehouse.
